What we hear most.
Why don’t you publish per-user prices?
PAM pricing is highly sensitive to deployment topology, target system count, and tenancy. A flat per-user number tends to over-quote small deployments and under-quote MSPs. We’d rather size correctly the first time than publish a number we’d have to caveat.
How is “named user” defined?
A named user is any human or service identity that authenticates to 12Port to broker a privileged session. AI agents that go through the MCP server are also named, but on a separate per-agent line.
Are there professional-services charges?
Standard onboarding is included. If you want custom integrations, scripted rotation logic for an obscure target, or extended migration help, those are scoped separately. There’s no minimum.
MSP / multi-tenant pricing?
12Port is multi-tenant by design. MSPs run multiple customers from one deployment, with per-tenant audit and reporting. Pricing reflects that. Ask about the partner program when you talk to us.
